Will it be ready in time?
Tell us your event date first. If we cannot make it, we will say so straight away rather than take the job and miss your deadline.
Every product we print — folders, stickers, cards, banners. No exceptions, no surcharge.
Subject to current production load. Ask us the moment you know your date — the earlier you ask, the more likely we can hold a slot.
Working days are Monday to Saturday, 09:00–18:00 Thailand time (GMT+7).
The clock starts when artwork is approved and payment is confirmed — not when you first message us.
Tight deadline? Send us your event date before anything else. It takes us one message to tell you whether it is possible, and that answer costs you nothing.

Everything below runs on the same 7-day standard schedule, produced in our own Bangkok factory — nothing is subcontracted out.

A4 presentation folders, kraft folders and plastic document wallets printed with your logo. Full colour, with optional gold foil or spot UV.

Delivery to your hotel or venue
We deliver anywhere in Thailand — Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket, Pattaya or anywhere else. Delivery is free on orders over ฿8,000 — the VAT-inclusive total, the same figure shown on your quote. Below that, the delivery cost is shown as a separate line in your quote before you pay.

- Hotels and venues: we deliver to the front desk or to your stand. Tell us the room, booth number or the name it should be held under.

- Shipping outside Thailand: available, charged at actual courier cost. We quote it separately once we know the destination and finished weight.

How to order
Send us your specification
What you need, quantity, finished size, and your event date. Send artwork as a Google Drive or Dropbox link — faster and more reliable than attachments, and it keeps your version history intact.
Receive your quote
A written quote with price, VAT and production schedule. Quotes are valid for 7 days. Delivery within Thailand is free on orders over ฿8,000; below that it appears as a separate line, so there is nothing to be surprised by later.
Pay and confirm
Once payment clears, your job enters the production queue and we confirm the completion date in writing.
Preparing your files
Getting these right the first time is usually the difference between hitting your date and missing it.

Payment, VAT and tax invoices

Do your staff speak English?
Yes. Enquiries, quotes and artwork discussion are all handled in English by WhatsApp, email or LINE.
I arrive in Bangkok in three days. Is that enough time?
Possibly. Our rush service is 3 working days and depends on current production load. Send your event date and specification and we will tell you immediately whether it is possible. We would rather decline than miss your deadline.
How long does printing normally take?
7 working days as standard for every product, or 3 working days on our rush service. Time is counted from artwork approval and payment confirmation, not from your first message.
Can you deliver to my hotel?
Yes — hotels, convention centres and offices across Thailand. Delivery is free on orders over ฿8,000; on smaller orders the cost is shown separately in your quote. Tell us the room, booth number or the name the package should be held under.
Can you ship the finished job to my country?
Yes. International shipping is charged at actual courier cost, quoted separately once we know the destination and the finished weight.
How do I pay from overseas?
By credit card through our secure online payment system. Payment is in full before production begins, and all prices include 7% Thai VAT.
What file format should I send?
A print-ready PDF in CMYK at 300 dpi with 3 mm bleed is ideal. We also accept AI and PSD files. Send them as a Google Drive or Dropbox link rather than as attachments.
Do you issue a tax invoice I can claim as a business expense?
Yes. C2S Express Co., Ltd. is a registered Thai company and issues a full tax invoice in your company name.
Is there a minimum order?
Minimums vary by product and specification. Send us what you need and we will confirm the minimum for that item.
