Meaning of Status (Status Guide)
Processing
Payment has been received. We are currently in the process of verifying files, producing, or packaging the goods.
Completed
Production is complete and the product has been shipped. (You can check the tracking number on this page.)
Pending verification (On Hold)
Waiting for payment or waiting for the complete project files from the client.
Cancelled
The order has been cancelled. (Please contact us if you have any questions.)
