Can I check the prices directly on the website?
Instantly! Our WooCommerce system calculates prices in real-time. Simply select your product, choose the specifications (size/paper type), and enter the quantity, and the system will immediately display the final price without needing an administrator's help.
How do I submit files for production?
You can upload your file (AI or PDF) during the ordering process or send a file link (Google Drive/Dropbox) as an attachment. Our team will check the file for accuracy before production begins.
Do you offer design services as well?
We primarily focus on production services based on client-provided files (to offer the best possible factory pricing). If you don't have a design yet, we provide free standard templates (Dielines) to make it easy for your graphic designers to create layouts.
What is the minimum order quantity for custom production?
The minimum order quantity depends on the product type. Our WooCommerce system will automatically identify the minimum quantity and calculate the price for you on each product page. Ordering in larger quantities will allow you to receive a lower per-unit price based on factory rates.
Do I need to send a new file to repeat the same task?
No need! Simply log in, go to the "My Account" menu, you will see your old order history and can click the "Reorder" button immediately.
Can I have a tax invoice?
Absolutely! C2S is a legally registered company (C2S Express Co., Ltd.). You can fill in your invoice details on the Checkout page, and we will send it along with your order.
What payment methods are available?
We have a secure payment system that supports both bank transfers (QR Code) and credit/debit cards for your convenience.
How long does it take to produce?
It depends on the type of work. Urgent (digital) jobs take 1-3 business days, while offset printing or packaging takes 5-7 business days (after design confirmation and payment).
How will I know if my order has been shipped yet?
You can check the status of your order 24/7 in the "Track Order" menu. Once your item has been shipped, the system will send you the tracking number via email and on your account page.
If the product is damaged, can I claim a refund?
We offer a quality guarantee. If the product is damaged due to manufacturing or shipping defects, please report it within 7 days of receiving the item. We will gladly investigate and resolve the issue immediately.
